Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Internship

About the role

NXP's Product Planning & Fulfillment team in Guadalajara is looking for a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics intern. The internship offers hands-on experience in global semiconductor supply chain operations, combining supply chain planning, data analytics and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support supply chain planning activities, including demand and supply analysis, inventory management, capacity planning and fulfillment.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and analytical solutions using Excel, Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore the use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to optimize processes and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams and take part in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field, expected to graduate in December 2027 or 2028.
• Actively enrolled in a university program; previous professional experience is not required.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency, with effective written and spoken communication.
• Proactive, curious, good communicator and able to work independently and in teams.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence and process automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, Databricks or similar tools is a plus.
