Systems Analyst – Site Migration & Infrastructure (Remote – Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst to lead site migration projects and manage infrastructure across hybrid environments. This remote position based in Mexico will require you to coordinate hardware setup, ensure smooth migration, and maintain robust system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute site migration activities, including hardware installation and configuration.
• Administer Windows and Linux/Unix servers, ensuring stability and security.
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware and integrate cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support networking, backup, and security operations, applying best practices for TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
