Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Trivelta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Monterrey office. The role will focus on rapidly scaling the customer‑service team and supporting recruitment for the global software development organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end high‑volume recruitment for studio‑based talent, including hosts, presenters and customer‑facing roles.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, universities and local talent networks.
• Partner with local leadership to organise onboarding sessions, orientation schedules and logistics for large groups of new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse, track progress against hiring targets and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and studio management in Monterrey and the United States to support rapid team expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR or talent acquisition, preferably in high‑volume environments such as call centres or BPOs.
• Strong knowledge of Monterrey job boards, resume banks and recruiting channels.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑growing setting.
• Comfortable coordinating onboarding logistics and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS platforms; Greenhouse is a plus.
• On‑site presence in Monterrey, Mexico.
