Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

About the role

ABB is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift in Apodaca, part of the Warehouse Electrification team. The position reports to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager and is on-site. You will oversee warehouse operations and manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Oversee the logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and workflow.
• Enforce health, safety and security procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and HSE standards.
• Build teams, train employees and monitor their performance.
• Communicate with internal clients and maintain a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership experience.

Required skills

• SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in warehouse data analysis and information management, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
