About the role
Insense is a remote‑first platform that connects brands with creators across the globe. As a Customer Success Manager you will help our clients achieve their marketing goals by delivering a seamless onboarding experience, maintaining strong relationships, and providing proactive support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from the Insense platform.
- Become an expert in Insense and paid social advertising to offer best‑practice guidance and consultative advice.
- Drive client activation campaigns, recommend growth opportunities, and monitor product usage.
- Identify churn risk early, track KPIs, and work with the Customer Experience Team to mitigate issues.
- Communicate with clients across multiple channels, proactively outreach accounts, and resolve problems before they escalate.
Required profile
- 3+ years of customer success or similar experience in SaaS or marketing.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with GSuite, HubSpot, Notion, and JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience tracking and reporting on customer‑success KPIs.
