Country Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Country Human Resources Manager will join the Country Leadership Team of a global process manufacturer operating in Mexico. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Regional HR Director for LATAM, the role is responsible for shaping and delivering HR strategy across multiple plants, in‑plant teams and office staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR activities for all sites, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and employee relations.
• Act as a change agent to modernise HR processes and support rapid growth across manufacturing and remote teams.
• Build and manage a newly restructured HR team, implementing core policies and multi‑site operating routines.
• Drive talent attraction, retention, development and labour‑union relations.
• Define HR organisational structure, processes and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi‑site environments.
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven experience with employee and labour relations, unions, talent management and workforce planning.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
