Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

DATAMARK, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant in Chihuahua to join its Talent Acquisition team. The assistant works with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs and to build proactive sourcing strategies for critical, difficult and visible vacancies. The role sources active and passive talent, selects qualified candidates for open searches and cultivates a talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Talent team to keep a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions
• Engage potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Indeed
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches
• Develop and/or communicate referral and hiring incentive programs that are effective and engaging

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a closely related role
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders on staffing needs preferred

Required skills

• Basic working knowledge of the main functional areas of recruiting and staffing preferred
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
• Experience with sourcing and job-posting sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist and social media outreach highly preferred
