Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Mexico Operations

About the role

DATAMARK, Inc. is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for its Mexico Operations. The role is the subject-matter expert for full-cycle talent acquisition for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office positions, driving a recruitment environment that supports new-hire retention. It works with internal and external stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and build strategies for current and future talent demand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams with a continuous improvement mindset, introducing new techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and retention.
• Collect data and develop metrics from the applicant tracking system and other sources to analyze recruitment activity and improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition across multiple locations in the Mexico Operations.
• Audit site TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures.
• In partnership with site Human Resources, mentor and develop TA personnel and promote a learning environment.
• Drive communication and teamwork among TA teams so operations provides continuous feedback on candidate quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition.
• At least 5 years in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Previous recruitment experience in a contact center environment is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
