Credit Analyst I – French Speaker

About the role

The Credit Analyst I will support ADI Global Distribution by managing credit risk, driving cash flow, and reducing overdue and bad debt. This position requires bilingual communication in English and French to interact with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections on past‑due invoices, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Contact customers by phone to influence payment behavior and improve cash flow.
• Handle inbound calls from customers and internal teams regarding payments, past‑due items, and order inquiries.
• Organize and analyze internal and external customer accounts to identify collection issues.
• Assist with monthly forecast reporting and collaborate with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, or a finance‑related role.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
