Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Coordinator to join Dior Parfums’ Sell‑In team. In this full‑time role you will ensure the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time, directly supporting sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of robust demand forecasting processes using statistical models, market intelligence and historical data.
• Manage ERP functionalities related to demand planning, supply and inventory, driving process optimisation and data automation.
• Implement advanced inventory management strategies, monitor stock levels and create replenishment plans to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Warehouse, aligning supply‑chain strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and present KPI reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health and risk indicators.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, including forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
• Advanced analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex, data‑driven problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics (planning and inventory modules).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools, preferably Power BI.
