North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant

About the role

The North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant works closely with pursuit and account teams to understand local engagement scopes and contract requirements. This role drives commercial negotiations, ensures robust business controls, and provides data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to gather and analyse engagement and contract scope information.
• Negotiate commercial terms and business principles throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Facilitate process proposals such as vacation accrual transfers and benefits handling.
• Maintain business controls including order booking, labor tracking, and project cost control.
• Participate in project reviews, verifying financial, HR, and commercial status.
• Develop solutions for customer data analysis and conduct industry/win‑loss baseline studies.
• Provide documentation and consultation for the SOAR process and support presales teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand cost structures and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in contracting, government regulations, change management, outsourcing or managed services (or 3–5 years with an advanced degree).
• Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
