Process and Data Officer

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Process and Data Officer to join its supply chain management team. The role works in a hybrid setting within the PM/SM SCM department and ensures fast, accurate, first-time-right execution across the organization. It involves close collaboration with a global network of functional users, including up to 20 people across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Be the backbone of business operations and own high-quality master and configuration data.
• Ensure the right data foundation for efficient and compliant process execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and troubleshooting, and consult up to 20 users from different departments.
• Explore new methods and technologies to support the company's values and mission.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of key business processes (PtP, OtC, SCM).
• Strong command of English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment across multiple time zones.
• High level of organization and ability to handle large request volumes (6,000+ emails, 10,000+ workflows per year).
• Ability to balance standardization with practical support in a non-harmonized business environment.

Required skills

• Analytical and conceptual thinking, stakeholder management, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• SAP Master Data expertise.
• Data quality and reporting tools, workflow and process tools.
• Basic automation or scripting knowledge is an advantage.
• Documentation skills.
