Senior Tax Analyst (Hybrid, Interlomas)

About the role

McCormick is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its finance team in Interlomas, Mexico. The role operates in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and supports the company’s tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal, state, and multi‑state tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Manage VAT refunds, provisional income‑tax payments, and tax payments related to foreign transactions.
• Conduct quarterly and year‑end financial analysis under FAS 109.
• Support tax audits and provide documentation for tax work papers.
• Research, analyze, and document tax issues, offering recommendations to align with the organization’s tax strategy.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate potential compliance impacts to local and global teams.
• Maintain tax reporting processes to ensure Sarbanes‑Oxley and tax authority compliance.
